Number of Teams: 2 - Varsity and Junior Varsity

 

Tryouts: Over 40 young women try out for these very competitive teams. Every athlete trying out is accorded 3 days of tryouts, with team selection occurring after the 3rd day. Each team carries between 11 and 14 athletes. Athletes who are participating on a winter sport must wait until the end of their sport to try out, and at that time will be accorded a full tryout.

 

Season: Winter Season of sport, which is October through February

 

Schedule/League:  The team has 6 league opponents in the Delta League. The Delta League consists of Cosumnes Oaks, Davis, Elk Grove, Franklin, Pleasant Grove and St. Francis 

 

League Champions: 2005, 2006, 2007, 2010

 

SJS Playoffs:  Sac Joaquin Section Playoffs are for Varsity only.
