If you are interested in starting a new club on campus the first step is finding a certificated staff member that is willing to work with you as an advisor. Certificated staff are teachers, counselors, librarian, and vice principals.

The next step is to work with your new advisor to complete the forms and turn into the Activities Office.

 

Please print and complete to turn into the Activiteis office for ASB approval. 

 

Print the Club Pakcet information. You will turn in page 2, page 5, as well as the ASB Form to open a new club account. Lasty, you will need to have activity waivers for each club member.
